Hey there!
In the interest of making sure that users of our site have a better understanding of how things work, we've created an easy to read list of our most common questions. Please look through these before submitting a ticket. We're a relatively small team and every ticket that is answered via this FAQ allows us more time to work on features that help improve the site's experience! If you feel that there is anything missing from the FAQ please don't hesitate to let us know how we can add new articles and improve your experience on Raider.IO
"My runs aren't showing up!"
There are several reasons that this could be happening, the most common of which is that our crawlers simply haven't scanned your run in yet.
Our Crawlers are continually scouring for newly completed Mythic Keystone runs. However, this is certainly not an instantaneous process, so if you have just recently completed a run you will need to first wait for Blizzard to show your run on your armory page (which usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour), and then wait for our crawlers to detect the new run.

"How do I get my main's score to show on my alts?"
Once you register an account on https://raider.io you can mark a character as your main.
- Hover over My Account (top right of page) and click settings.
- Select which character will be your main and enable it as your main.
- Select a Header Background
- Hit the blue Save Profile button.
At that point, after the next AddOn database refresh your alt will include a reference to your main's score. If your alts aren't showing your main's score after the new build has gone through, refer to this FAQ for more troubleshooting.
Additionally, if you are subscribed at Patreon Honored or higher, your alts will not be required to have the 200 minimum score, making it a little easier to jump right in on an alt and start grouping.

We'll be updating this article as time goes on to better reflect the most common questions that we're being asked. Thanks for taking the time to read this and for using RaiderIO!
